Location (5/5): The hotel's location is very convenient, there are many restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. The Findikzade T1 tram station is just opposite the hotel, which makes exploring the city quite convenient. Ambience (4/5): The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, with clean and well-decorated spaces contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The lobby and common areas were inviting and well-maintained. Room (4/5): The rooms were clean and spacious. Daily room cleaning service ensured a comfortable and tidy stay. A nice touch was the free mini bar, replenished daily with water bottles and cold drinks. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sizable and well-kept, complete with essential toiletries. Service (5/5): The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. I particularly appreciated their accommodating response to my late check-in due to a flight delay. The rooms were also cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast / Food (3/5): The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, though I was hoping for a more authentic Turkish breakfast experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - it's right in the center of Fatih with everything in close proximity. The hotel is located next to the tram station which provides good transport networks to all places in Istanbul, even if driving, using a taxi or public transport. There are multiple restaurants on the street which cater to different types of cuisines at a reasonable price. There are also shops nearby to wander and look around. The room was decent sized and was exactly as pictured - special mention to Safiye from the housekeeping team who made sure everything was impeccably cleaned each time. There were many amenities within the rooms that made it comfortable - we didn't feel wanting for any additional items. And travelling with a young family can be challenging, however, the staff/hotel ensured everything was up to requirements. The hotel's front of house team is also very responsive and helpful to every request. The breakfast was good as well, serving a decent platter each morning

The staff at the front desk and the cleaner were exceptional, extremely helpful and very considerate. The location was great, there was a metro stop directly outside so easy access to main sites. Really close to Fatih Mosque and could see the stunning view from our window. There is also a Friday market on the side road opposite the hotel which is brilliant for deals on shawls, knock off bags and general bits and bobs for practically nothing. Cute little handmade chocolate shop at the top of the market too called Perla! Lots of restaurants and take away places next door and around and the infamous dessert shop Mado is a short walk up the road from the hotel.

- The location is exceptional: it is literally in front of the tram and in an area full of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. - The staff is next level, really helpful and friendly, and always making you feel so welcomed. We stayed only 2 days and the gentleman that checked us in was specially welcoming and warm with us, he even offered us the breakfast for free so that we would give it a try in case we’d be interested to get it next time we go back. (Thank you Mr. Semih) - The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

Good value for money in terms of overall quality of the room and location (there is a tram station literally in front of the lobby for the main T1 tram line that goes to most of the main tourist sites). My (corner) room has a nice corner window seat which makes both the room feel brighter and great place to just relax after a day out. Thank you as well for my housekeeper Ms Seher for keeping my room tip-top clean throughout my stay!
