The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy both local and international tastes. The central location also made it easy to explore Istanbul’s top attractions. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Abdalla’s dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—whether it was securing last-minute dinner reservations, offering insider tips on hidden gems in the city, or swiftly resolving a minor room request with professionalism and kindness. His attentiveness, fluency in multiple languages, and cheerful demeanor made me feel like a valued guest every single day.

Another question is that after 09:00 the public transport is filled to the max, but this has no relation to the hotel :D The room was slightly below standard size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, there were two bottles of drinking water provided, and fresh bottles were delivered daily. The room was cleaned every day, and overall cleanliness was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable — the mattresses were excellent, and I slept wonderfully. I also appreciated the availability of two pillows of different sizes (one small and one large), both of which were soft and supportive. Breakfasts were good, with no complaints at all. The Wi-Fi connection worked flawlessly in terms of speed and stability, but having to log in again every few hours was a bit inconvenient, especially when working or during video calls.

A very special thank you and shout-out to Suat, Erdoğan, and Tolha, who provided exceptional service and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Their kindness was the cherry on top of our visit to Istanbul. They made us feel at home, even though we were far from home. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
